Labour Lift - Herbal Extract

Labour Lift is a unique herbal formula designed to help promote regular and effective contractions.

An effective labour requires a delicate balance between contraction and relaxation. This natural balance works together to create a well-coordinated labour, allowing the cervix to open and gently helping the baby move downward.

The Labour Lift formula contains both stimulant and antispasmodic herbs for this purpose.

It’s intended for use when labour has slowed, become prolonged and challenging, or when augmentation of labour (IV hormone infusion/drip) is being considered.

It comes with a pump top dispenser for convenient and more accurate dosing.

Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra)
Cimicifuga racemosa (Black cohosh)
Caulophyllum thalictroides (Blue cohosh)
Rubus idaeus (Raspberry leaf)

WHY?

SCHISANDRA: This Chinese herb stimulates uterine contractions helping to facilitate a progressive labour.

BLACK COHOSH: This herb provides both uterine stimulant and uterine antispasmodic effects. This combination supports an effective labour pattern.

BLUE COHOSH: This herb is of particular use when labour is irregular, ineffective, lengthy and/or difficult due to exhaustion or fatigue. It has similar actions to Black Cohosh and is often used in combination.

RASPBERRY LEAF: The classic uterine tonic provides synergistic support to the other herbs in the formula.

Labour Lift is intended for use when labour has slowed, or become irregular, or prolonged and challenging, or when augmentation of labour (IV hormone infusion/drip) is being considered.

Labour Lift can be used during labour if Labour Prep, Labour Ready, Raspberry Leaf extract or the 5-W capsules were also taken in late pregnancy for birth preparation.
