Why?
REISHI: Used for over 2000 years as a medicine, this mushroom is considered a Qi tonic in TCM. It's classed as one of the great original adaptogen medicines. Traditionally it was used by Taoist monks in China to promote a centred calmness, improve meditative practices and attain a long, healthy life! Reishi strongly supports the immune system, and is indicated for convalescence, chronic fatigue and/or infections, nervousness, insomnia, and for enhancing longevity. It's a relaxing adaptogen for anxiety or overstimulation.
DANG SHEN: A recuperative TCM herb used to replenish Qi (vital energy), support appetite, digestion, debility, fatigue and convalescence. It increases vitality through nourishing the blood, and is particularly indicated in 'blood deficient states' having been shown to increase red blood cell count and haemoglobin. It also helps maintain healthy immunity.
ASHWAGANDHA/WITHANIA: An Ayurvedic adaptogenic herb thats rejuvenating, balancing and strengthening herb. Helpful for debility, exhaustion, anxiety and stress - hello postpartum. It's supportive to the frazzled nervous system without being stimulating.
SHATAVARI: Considered the "Queen of Herbs" in Ayurvedic Medicine. It's nourishing, calming and helps bring balance to overall hormonal function. Shatavari supports breastmilk supply (as a galactagogue), aids fluid retention and fatigue. It's supportive in times of stress, fatigue, immune debility, general weakness and inflammation. It also has neuroprotective and antioxidant properties.
How to use
How to use
Revitalise is designed for the postpartum mama to use anytime within the first 12 months after birth. It has been formulated to be suitable and safe for long term use, and whilst breastfeeding.
If you're planning ahead for your postpartum care and also looking to also use the Baby Moon formula, I would suggest using Baby Moon for the first 2, 4 or 6 weeks postpartum, then move on to Revitalise. This is because Baby Moon is specifically formulated for the needs of the initial postpartum period (e.g. contains uterine tonic herbs).
Or, if you're already postpartum you may begin Revitalise at any stage.
Take 5ml, diluted in a little water or juice 3 x day.
When taken as directed the 500ml bottle will last for just over 4 weeks.

What is Dang shen?
Also known as Codonopsis pilosula, it's a TCM herb used to replenish Qi (vital energy), support the appetite and digestion, and aid debility, fatigue and convalescence. It's known as a 'blood tonic' so it's particularly indicated in 'blood deficient states' (eg. anaemia, low iron) as it's been shown to increase red blood cell count and haemoglobin.
What is a herbal glycetract?
"Glycetracts are liquid herbal preparation where the solvent is a combination of glycerol and water, instead of alcohol/ethanol and water like most herbal tinctures.
As a result of this manufacturing process, the total percentage of alcohol is ≤2%. This is considered an 'alcohol-free' formulation.
Glycetracts are also naturally sweet-tasting formulas which helps when taking them for months."
