WHY?

LION'S MANE: This medicinal mushroom has particularly potent neuroprotective and nootropic activities. It's indicated for neuroinflammation and when chronic stress in impairing mental capacity.

BACOPA: This Ayurvedic herb is traditionally used to enhance memory and mental clarity. Known as a "brain tonic," it helps improve memory, concentration, and learning while also supporting recovery from nervous exhaustion and burnout.

GINKGO: This herb stimulates circulation, particularly to the brain, and is used to support short term memory loss, poor concentration, headaches, dizziness and mood disturbances.

GOTU KOLA: Known as a gentle cerebral stimulant it helps with mental fatigue, supports concentration, focus and memory. It's also an excellent nervous system tonic with neuroprotective and neuroregenerative actions.

Clear Mama is safe to take at any stage of postpartum/motherhood, and by breastfeeding mamas.

When taken at the recommended dose, the 200ml bottle will last for 2 weeks.

As with many herbal medicines that work to support our nervous system, the best results come with consistent use.

This formula is safe to take continually for 6 weeks. After this time it's suggested to take a week break before recommencing for another 6 weeks.
